Wow, is this really the best you could do? I called the Child Support Office to make sure these micro payments you are making are not keeping you from being warranted. They are not. The lack of being able to catch you is however, I wonder how I can fix that? If this is going to be the consistency, you think your child is worth $10 a month/$120 a year.
