Wow, is this really the best you could do? I called the Child Support Office to make sure these micro payments you are making are not keeping you from being warranted. They are not. The lack of being able to catch you is however, I wonder how I can fix that? If this is going to be the consistency, you think your child is worth $10 a month/$120 a year. Lord you should be ashamed of your sad self.

Ringing In 2012

Orlando has recently married or at least applied for a marriage certificate. Yes we have seen the FB status. Congratulations. I hope you don't think that this will any way discourage me from pursuing child support because that will not happen. Tony will get what is owed him by you if he has to be 35 years old before it happens. At the $25 and $10 rates your paying to stay out of jail, I am guessing that he will be 35 before this happens but I am giving it to him for lunch so thanks for that. He has been accepted to TTU so when the expenses come around, I am sure I will be loathing you because you will always be more concerned with your status than any of your childrens. I hope your wife will not encourage this behavior. Maybe you will get a job, smoke/drink less and start supporting these kids you been having for the last 2 decades instead of letting someone support you so that you can make excuses for your deadbeat payments.

2012 is a new year and the first payment in 2012 I hope is not a representation of the "Get Outta Jail Free" payments you will continue to make in sporatic months when the office puts warrants out for your arrest. Just pay the lousy $200 a month and we wouldn't even have this conversation. Your past 40, grow up, this is sad.

Orlando Hall, I despise you most when I spend my entire check in one day and don't have any extra left over to give Tony for anything. He suffer's behind your neglegence and that's what leads me to disgust. Are you so worthless and selfish that you just continue to sit in that same bane existence and let all your children's mothers pay for everything. Then when they graduate or do somthing crowd worthy you will show up for a picture or in the background as if you played one single role. You haven't helped Tony out thru even one of his 12 years of school, so please don't show up at graduation. I may not be able to control my actions. If you do, you should hide in a corner because I won't hesitate to address with all of Oak Ridge, TN that you are a dead beat dad who doesn' t deserve one moment of false attention for any proud parental moment because you aren't a proud parent, you are a dead beat parent who hides behind a lifetime of attending college to avoid paying your dues, who still lives with his mamma and still at 40+ has no car, who can afford a 40oz of cheap malt liquor, a pack of cigarettes & some weed, but can't send even a $20 bill into the state to avoid going to jail or on the bright side to help out. You should be ashamed, I know I am. I am ashamed to say I ever thought enough of you to consider you a parent, the only good thing you ever did for me was Tony Hall. Hope you shrivel up every time you lie to your friends and family about how Tony's doing because you would be makin stuff up, they know what they see on Facebook and he won't even accept your friend request. Whoa's of the Senoir Year

Tell me why ORHS insists on putting the school pictures, football pictures & annual order's in the prior to school starting. It's crazy. Summer is the hardest time for me. I pay full time for child care, keep the fridge stocked for Tony being at home, dish out more money for things to do, have to get school clothes and supplies. Yep, like I said crazy.

I was hoping to take the kids to KY Spash but it looks like I will be stretching all my $'s to the max to be able to afford clothes and pictures.

Lord, I would really like to be able to afford to be able to go on at least one vacation before Tony graduates, I would like to be with the finances to be able to help him with his college needs, I would like to be able to afford to go on these prospect trips at the end of this year, I would really like to be able to afford to do more than just live off the seat of my pants trying to stay above water.

Orlando, I know you don't give a S@#T about anyone but yourself but it would be nice if you would postpone your lifelong dream of finishing college (that is taking longer than a doctorate) and help support your kids who really do stand a chance of being able to graduate and make something of themselves. I am not going to stop pushing the courts to handle getting money from you. Tony deserves it. He is on his way to college. I don't care if he is 40 years old you will pay him what you owe him, but you should just man up and do it on your own.

WTF

So Orlando goes to court both here and in Kingsport and claims that "seizures" crap and apparently has some type of insurance (with no job mind you) that provides him with a Dr's excuse. Attention all deadbeats, please take note to my blog if you ever want to know what to do to excuse yourself from providing lunch money or anything for your child.

Someone contacted O's mother and got a report that he has stopped drinking and this is what has caused these seizures. Too bad I wasn't in court to reveal this information to the Judge, I am not really sure it would have mattered but it would have made me feel better.

I do hope that O stops being a useless alcoholic, but to use it as an excuse not to support his many sperm donations is pretty sad to me. Get your azz off the couch and stop watching TV or telling stories of grandure to young minds and get a J O B.

Luckiest Deadbeat In The World

Orlando Hall should just sit at night and thank his lucky stars. He just knew his dumbass was going to jail so what does he do, he shows up for court still drunk from the night before. Hello jerk, if you can afford to drink and smoke, I think you can afford some lunch money for your son. But to no avail, this moron manages to muster up for the judge "Judge, here's the sitcheeashunn", my sister is sitting there thinking how did her sister ever have the nerve to sleep with such a moron much less manage to pull off having this kid who will defy all those moronic genes and be somebody. Thank you Jesus for that by the way. End result, they offered the stooge an attorney and he of course took one because that leaves him more time to get drunk and not pay me child support, oh yeah and owe somebody else money. I get this call from my sister later on telling me the details, apparently the judge asks O if he has been drinking because somebody has probably smelled it on him. He says he tied one on late into the night because he thought he was going to jail. Yep, he really said that out loud. The judge asked told him she could accomodate him with his request to get to jail and he bowed out of that one quickly taking his attorney and leaving the courtroom for a new date of whoknowswhen.

Contempt Court Date

Orlando has an Contempt Court Date on May 27th. I am gambling to say that they sent this information to his former address, but she would gladly relay the information of that I am sure. But he himself can use it as an excuse not to show, I didn't receive notification, my woman broke it off with me. Because that is what kind of fellow he is.

My baby asked me for lunch money today jerk and had you put $20 into child support, I might not have had to dig up change because I am broke until Friday. You suck. You Sucka. You Suckem.

Find A New Path

Do me a favor, please don't sugarcoat for one minute why the string of women that you inseminated over the years don't care for you at all. You know why, you know it has nothing to do with us not letting you have access to our kids(we all have tried to bring you to your children at various times)or because there is this love/hate thing going on. It has to do with the fact that you don't want anything to do with our kids(unless the mood suits you or you think you might be able to get back in). If any of us hold more than 10 good minutes of conversation with you, you try to see if you can rekindle old relationships. Thank God its been years and years and years since I fell for that noise but anyone one of us can attest that this is truth. You and Angie have now split for reasons I can only guess. You are living off of your Mom. You still have no car and as far as I know no job so you are looking for a women to shack up with so that you can use her up till she grows tired of your stories (most of them being fiction) and then you will be back at your Moms again until the next poor woman comes thru. I would love to see you get into AA, quit claiming gangs, clean up your act, get steady work and don't go the rest of your life faking it. Pretending to be a father to people who are willing to listen, people who don't know you & even people who do know you but will listen anyway. Do you think my son would be proud to call you a Crip, no I don't think that would go over well on his transcripts and applications for college. You are gonna be 40 this year and it is high time that you get with a program that works for you and this one doesn't work for you. I could understand if the Crips were helping you achieve a job, a car, a house but far all you have achieved is the status of a woman beater and maybe some men we don't know about but your record is for women/domestic assault, wonder how I know that one? Back to the present, Before Tony graduates from High School 2012, it would nice to know that his father has been employed for at least a year at a job, has achieved getting a car and is paying half if not all of somebodies rent. 211, MaryJane & OE can't be your best friends anymore. The party is over, its been going on for all the years you can remember, wouldn't it be nice to have some recollection going on that was #1 positive, #2 not whitewashed with a sheen of whatever you chose to be on that day & #3 100% truth. I could 1/2 understand if you were still in your 20's and there was still a path for you to move on to but the path is quickly diminishing before your very eyes, you have already lost my son, I am pretty sure the twins don't want anything to do with you, I don't know how Jordan feels and hell I don't know the other 2 at all, but anything you have left to carry on your name is going to be too ashamed or too angry to do that if you keep up the path of which you are on. You have to wake up and smell the coffee Orlando. I would say do it for your kids but that's will never work, do it for yourself, so when you look in the mirror you see more than a washed up drunk that has to lie to feel like a person. You could fix yourself and then become and advocate for AA and I am being serious, you like to be in the limelight and that would be a family that would take you in and make you whole again. At least give it a try. I am not done saying hateful things about you by a long shot, but its not because I want to. I would not say one more hateful word about you, if would try to be a better man.

Well I was on Facebook and I met the mother of which I spoke about earlier. She is connecting with O's family and of course he is worming his way in as well. Slime is as slime does. Orlando, all I ask is that you do not make wrong with this child as you have with all the others, be honest. If you can't do what you say, then don't say it. It is truly why you have lost the respect of all your children and all of their mothers hate you. Nothing spells H-A-T-R-E-D, like watching our children shed tears over you and your broken promises so if you learn one thing from all the messes we have cleaned up its, Don't Lie To The Children.

She has no choice but to give her son a choice to get to know you. All responsible parents let the kids make that decision themselves unless its unsafe. We have no choice because if we push our kids in a direction they will always run the opposite. Young children love their parents no matter how crappy they are. Its when they hit those teen years and they no longer want the attention of parents that they will grown angry and bitter. So my suggestion to all parents but especially those who don't reside with the kids, get your time in while they are young because if you don't it is you who loses in the end.

I am glad that your mother is wanting to see this child. I don't have any issues with her or any other family member of yours. We simply drifted our separate ways and that was that. No iniative was made on either part. My son will be 17 this year, he is soo close to college he can taste it. I am soo proud of him and like I have stated before, if anyone in your family wants to see Tony, he is always throwing shotput at the track meets and he will be starting in the football games on Fridays. Its a start. As for you, you just sit on the sidelines and watch, if Tony wants to deal with you he is more than welcome but he would not like any surprises in a public forum.

Never forget the last time you were at a game and you humiliated him in front of all of his peers, "Yall just think Im a check". Nope we haven't fogotten that you were only at the ballgame in the first place to see another woman's child play, happened upon your son, got embarrassed because he wanted nothing to do with you, humiliated you and him in public, check my ass beacuse you hadn't paid in years, would have gotten your ass kicked had I been there & then acted as if nothing had ever happened the next time you saw us. I would suggest that NEVER happen again because I swore to myself there would be no next time, it would be me and a posse trampeling your head.

Dead Beat Holidayz

Orlando Hall quit his job or was fired. Why in the hell is it that a man loses his job during the holidays. Its not like he would be buying my son Christmas gifts or anything. Oh I know, somebody was more important, probably his non-biological son or his need to drink himself into a frenzy. Oh maybe he just got popped for a drug test and failed miserably like he does at all things parental. Yep, I still loathe the ground he walks on. I am sure his wife/girlfriend will pick up the slack for them but the rest of his family which is PLENTY gets to suffer because of whatever had occurred in his world. As you can see I have been quiet for almost 6 months now. Why is that you say, well its because his menial $48 or under has been coming in like clockwork for that period of time. So yes if Orlando thinks he is equivalent to a check, he would be right. Since the buck stopped on the 5th of November, I will be frequently updating this blog until the idiot gets a job or dies, whichever happens first. Good Job Orlando, you are the most meaningless parent in my world. Please stop telling those lies to all your associates about what a great parent you are. Those are blatent lies.

Delusional Tales of Grandeur

Why does a man who hasn't contributed anything to my sons life in over a decade wish to make himself feel better by telling his friends and family tales of grandeur of caring for my son when he was a baby/toddler. Even at my wildest and worst parenting Orlando Hall never offered to pay for anything, he never changed diapers, he never kept Tony, he didn't buy Tony clothes, he didn't take Tony to the doctor. This is what he did. He would ask for Tony when it was time to have a family photo op so that he could have a giant photo to attribute to his fake stories of grandeur. Orlando, your truth is distorted and you been letting that fake ass woman you are with agree with them soo long now you believe them to be true. The most you ever got Tony was when you were with Layla and that was only a handful of times, aside from that you got him once or twice in Kingsport till you decided it was more important to leave your 3 kids in the car so you could stop in some project in the ghetto to do God Knows What while my baby was in the hot ass car getting eyeballed by onlookers. Yep I believe that, she had no reason to lie, you was more worried about whatever was in that project than the wellbeing of your own kids. You can walk around here or anywhere for that matter and claim to have been such a great father but even at my worst you weren't around. Remember after you whooped my ass, I wouldn't have nothing to do with you, then you decided to pick my son up from the daycare and cut all his hair off another reason you got cut off, then you came to that same daycare and let my son know you were leaving for FL and he cried and chased you down, oh yeah all this time while you provided nothing but heartache, no money whatsoever, thats what you provided. Yes, you are right I don't like you, hate is strong, you are worthless though. Quit speading lies to yourself and others, you can't even name accurate tales to go along with them and its sad. If anyone wanted to be assured of the real deal all they would have to do is ask Tony, he would tell them in a heartbeat, my dad don't do NOTHING for me but blow hot air and leave us behind to watch his backside. And stay away from Drews house because I don't want to ever hear again that you are at his house or spreading tales that you are going to whoop him, it can really make me start some shit you just don't wanna get started. Tell that bitch your with to keep her trap shut and start her own blog and she should call it "Delusional Tales of Grandeur" with tales of hating her mans baby mamaz and plenty of stuff she don't really know but thinks she does.

Another Government Screw

So I check the website that usually gives me bad news and I see to my amazement that Orlando has paid $365.00, so I call the card number to see if this payment has made it to me and of course it hadn't so I go back to the website to see why that is and I still can't figure out the why's of it all. When this Deadbeat gets his refund of which he hasn't worked hard enough to get, the state takes it but they take it to repay off State Aid. The young, white male that answered the 800 number for the state was snide as hell when he said that that money was owed to them. BULLSHIT, that money should be paid at least in a half and half manner especially when they can't DO THEIR JOB AND COLLECT MY MONEY ON A REGULAR BASIS. I HATE YOU ORLANDO HALL.

So this smug little asshole on the state line says he will note in my case that I want this NCP enforced and I laughed because I said well if they don't know this by now they never will. I asked for my balance with the state and he gave me a number in the $4000 area which I laughed at because it has to be DAMN low in comparison to the majority of baby mamaz that sit on their ass all day and do nothing. Then he had the nerve to tell me that Orlando owes me $18,099. I find that funny that he owes me $14,000 more than I owe them but they get to take an amount of money that I will NEVER see unless its enforced. This county has issues with enforcement they just see chances and BULLSHIT. AND YES whoever reads this I AM ANGRY.

Orlando Goes To Court

So Orlando goes back to court on February 26th, 2009. Over the last few months and within the last few days, I have faxed various things to the child support office to dispute his bleeding heart case of "I can't find a job" & "I don't have a car". The man has never owned a car and thats in 17 years so why should that effect the support I get now. I googled over 50 places within a 1.5 mile radius of his house so they are within decent walking distance. Half of those jobs require no experience so he should have no excuses for not applying for them.

Back to the court date...... I couldn't attend this one but I figured with all the information I have sent to their office they were painfully aware that I want this man to pay or go to jail.. So they gave him the option for an attorney which is of course his rights but also the biggest waste of tax dollars today. If he had a decent reason for paying then he wouldn't need an attorney, but rights are rights aaight. So Laura calls and gives me a funny for the day. It turns out they appointed her to his case. She of course had to turn it down because shes my sister and all but I don't know who he has acquired. Put his ass in jail. He shoulda been there anyway.

Again, we play the wait to get paid game............

Still No Money

Well Good People, its now the 6th of February. Im sure if Orlando were to be able to file taxes or his new wife were to file taxes they should have received money by now but to no avail have I received any money. In 6 months this man has only been able to come up with $198.00 and that was over the span of August - September and none since. Pretty pathetic. I called the Child Support office and of course they were no help at all. They have a court date set up but it hasn't rolled out in the mail yet. I am totally over this mess.

Tony's Christmas Present

I guess I should be grateful that the man thought of my son at all. The first time he has brought Tony a physical present in close to a decade. He showed up unannounced at our home, I wasn't there. Tony was home with a friend and they were watchin movies and watnot. Tony made him stand outside because he new there would be hell to pay if he had let him in. Orlando gave him 3 presents. Turned out to be socks, wifebeaters, a sketch pad and a pack of colored pencils. The only thing that even suggested he knew Tony was the sketch pad and pencils but Orlando's new son-in-law is in Tony's Art class so Tony didn't give him any credit for knowledge.

To no avail, I haven't seen a dime, Im sure he is still crying unemployed. Who gets married without a job? Certainly not I.

Child Support Court Failed Us Again

I find it utterly disgusting that I took a day off to attend court at the advice of one of the Child Support Reps. so that I could specifically plead for jail time for the Infamous NCP of my son Tony. I should have known something was up when a) Orlando didn't show up and b) I was actually feeling one ounce of vindication coming on. So Im sitting there and Im getting this general paperwork session. The lady looks back and says Hall, Mam we dealt with Hall this morning and I say "Oh don't tell me, he got off scott free with no jail time like does everytime". At this time, she realized that a) I was NOT HAPPY and b) They were going to have to apologize for one more mistake made on my case. You see when Baby Daddy has multiple Baby Mamaz they are supposed to schedule you at the same time so that they can handle all of your cases at once. Whichever Baby Mama had the 9:00 a.m. appointment probably didn't care as much as I do about getting her money so she simply agreed that he was pitfully trying to seek out work. Orlando has been to Motorcyle Mechanics Institute where he apparently has some kind of a degree allowing him to work on motorcycles. This does him absolutely no good here in TN where motorcycles aren't as prevelent as they are on the coast. I went for some years with little to no child support so that he could acquire this degree but does it improve the situation NOpe, what does he do, well he apparently attended ITT here locally trying to acquire a degree in Engineering. This hasn't worked out for him yet, but it has eliminated him from having to support his 6 children.

I have no understanding. I don't care that this man is trying to find a job he is either a)Looking far beyond his capability b) Wont accept the jobs he is accustom to which is cooking c)Only wants to advertise for his so-called Motorcycle business and make money under the table. Regardless, I don't care. I don't make a dime extra, I get no aid from the state. I get no help from the Child Support office getting money for my son and he has learned how to play this system. As long as he shows up and acts pitiful or pays random amounts of $50 here and there, he can escape going to jail. So my understanding for his little jobless moment in time is NONE. Im tired of supporting his child all by myself, its unfair. I was expected to get ahead without an education and he has been blessed enough to be free to attend 2 schools and still come out with the same thing for his children, NOTHING.

These are the latest photos on Myspace for Orlando Hall, my 15 yo sons father. You have to love the photo with the automatic weapon and the Gangsta clothing. Its amazing that this man can't afford to pay me but he can afford to go to Honda Hoot, he can afford a motorcycle or a motorcycle shop and yes that he can afford a automatic weapon. However I am not completely sure that this isn't a childs weapon with the orange cork removed. He can't afford to pay me but he can boast about having money on his Myspace page. He is such a Man isn't he America, he can worship Scarface and the Crypt Gang lifestyle but he can't be man enough to make a minimal $200 payment to support his child. So now he is going to evade the system even more by getting money under the table yet still claim, he is going to school fulltime and barely employed if not now unemployed and his son will continue to ask me for new clothes and shoes while he is steadily sporting new gear. I have actually had the luck of working with one of the best Child Support Systems in TN but for whatever reason Tony's Dad ORLANDO "Sorry" HALL has learned to milk this system and keep out of jail for years. He has learned that if he pays a portion of what he owes it looks like he is working on it so he just keeps on paying the portion and I am tired of it. SEND THIS MAN TO JAIL and I PROMISE he will find a way to get his child support caught up. In over 6 months this man could only manage to pay me $811, that is what many men in this country pay monthly. I don't care that he is going to school, he has been going to school for the last 10 years, graduate for your childs sake and move on with your life as an adult. Also, could you possibly ever earn enough money to get off the minimum wage setting. You haven't supported this boy since he was born, could you possibly try and get in there and do something before he graduates or die so we can get your social security. Yes I hate you and Im tired of paying for this boy on my own. You suck as a parent, Im sure you will suck as a husband and yep you pretty much just suck in general.
