Child Support NON-Enforcement

Well the time came and Orlando went to court with his appointed attorney. He brought letters with him from the local job agency supporting his claim to fame of "I am trying to find a job". I feel like the judge is walking around with the old cartoon Sucker stick for a head because she has just been bamboozelled by a habitual liar who now has the luck of having a participant in his crimes of neglegence and her name is wife or whatever idiot is writing him those letters. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if she concocted these letters for him.

I did hear that both Angie and Tre went to court with Orlando. Something the court frowns upon wholeheartedly but it did get the poor pitiful me effect across that he was looking for. The child in question that had no one to care for him is 15 and his mother was sitting directly beside him so he had no business in court but apparently it helped in getting his "Get out of child support free" card so it must have gotten the effect he wanted which is to not pay any of his real children's mothers.

Orlando, you never cease to disgust me. Why don't you just give up your rights to Tony so Terrell, the real man in this situation can take up where you never were. Its just that simple. For the world to hear, you want to know why this man won't give up his rights to my son, well its because they won't erase his back child support. They won't take away the debt he owes his son so he won't give the boy up so that someone who does the real job can take credit for it. I so wish you would give up so you can devote all your time to children who aren't related to you.

Thanks Terrell, you are a great man for continuing your relationship with Tony, maybe one day Orlando will think of himself second for a change and give Tony up so he can carry your last name.

Monopoly - Child Support Edition

In ongoing comments this morning with one of Orlando's childrens' mother, I coined the phrase "Get out of Child Support Free Card" and that is what I feel like when it comes to Orlando and the child support game he plays. In less than a week we will see if that saga continues. Make no mistake good people, I am not the only one suffering behind this. Orlando has a set of twins with another mother, and 2 more children with 2 other mothers as well. Thats 5 all together and I have heard of one more but DNA hasn't proved that one yet. I tell my son when it comes to girls, "Honey, if they favor you in any way, I would suggest that you don't talk to them because you really don't know for sure if you aren't related". Its sad but its true.

WTF is $30

Probably on the advice of his appointed attorney, Orlando musters up $30 to pay on his child support. Mind all of you his last payment was 9/22/2008 for $71. I ask myself and all of the rest of the world, what the F*%$ is $30 going to do for Tony? Well he is on Spring Break this week, maybe it will get him into a movie or 2 because I certainly can't do anything with it. I am going to be terribly upset is this pitiful amount of money keeps him out of jail this week.

You know how thos folks have the stickers with the jagged haired boy peeing on a Ford or Chevy or their rival footbal teams emblem, well I want one that the boy peeing on his non custodial parent for lack of everything, money, skill and the biggest on love. Child Support Court Failed Us Again

I find it utterly disgusting that I took a day off to attend court at the advice of one of the Child Support Reps. so that I could specifically plead for jail time for the Infamous NCP of my son Tony. I should have known something was up when a) Orlando didn't show up and b) I was actually feeling one ounce of vindication coming on. So Im sitting there and Im getting this general paperwork session. The lady looks back and says Hall, Mam we dealt with Hall this morning and I say "Oh don't tell me, he got off scott free with no jail time like does everytime". At this time, she realized that a) I was NOT HAPPY and b) They were going to have to apologize for one more mistake made on my case. You see when Baby Daddy has multiple Baby Mamaz they are supposed to schedule you at the same time so that they can handle all of your cases at once. Whichever Baby Mama had the 9:00 a.m. appointment probably didn't care as much as I do about getting her money so she simply agreed that he was pitfully trying to seek out work. Orlando has been to Motorcyle Mechanics Institute where he apparently has some kind of a degree allowing him to work on motorcycles. This does him absolutely no good here in TN where motorcycles aren't as prevelent as they are on the coast. I went for some years with little to no child support so that he could acquire this degree but does it improve the situation NOpe, what does he do, well he apparently attended ITT here locally trying to acquire a degree in Engineering. This hasn't worked out for him yet, but it has eliminated him from having to support his 6 children.

I have no understanding. I don't care that this man is trying to find a job he is either a)Looking far beyond his capability b) Wont accept the jobs he is accustom to which is cooking c)Only wants to advertise for his so-called Motorcycle business and make money under the table. Regardless, I don't care. I don't make a dime extra, I get no aid from the state. I get no help from the Child Support office getting money for my son and he has learned how to play this system. As long as he shows up and acts pitiful or pays random amounts of $50 here and there, he can escape going to jail. So my understanding for his little jobless moment in time is NONE. Im tired of supporting his child all by myself, its unfair. I was expected to get ahead without an education and he has been blessed enough to be free to attend 2 schools and still come out with the same thing for his children, NOTHING.

These are the latest photos on Myspace for Orlando Hall, my 15 yo sons father. You have to love the photo with the automatic weapon and the Gangsta clothing. Its amazing that this man can't afford to pay me but he can afford to go to Honda Hoot, he can afford a motorcycle or a motorcycle shop and yes that he can afford a automatic weapon. However I am not completely sure that this isn't a childs weapon with the orange cork removed. He can't afford to pay me but he can boast about having money on his Myspace page. He is such a Man isn't he America, he can worship Scarface and the Crypt Gang lifestyle but he can't be man enough to make a minimal $200 payment to support his child. Also on his myspace, he list himself as a certified technician that is now open for business for motocycle repair and you can contact him at orlando-hall@hotmail.com. So now he is going to evade the system even more by getting money under the table yet still claim, he is going to school fulltime and barely employed if not now unemployed and his son will continue to ask me for new clothes and shoes while he is steadily sporting new gear. You make me sick Orlando Hall.

I have actually had the luck of working with one of the best Child Support Systems in TN but for whatever reason Tony's Dad ORLANDO "Sorry" HALL has learned to milk this system and keep out of jail for years. He has learned that if he pays a portion of what he owes it looks like he is working on it so he just keeps on paying the portion and I am tired of it. SEND THIS MAN TO JAIL and I PROMISE he will find a way to get his child support caught up. In over 6 months this man could only manage to pay me $811, that is what many men in this country pay monthly. I don't care that he is going to school, he has been going to school for the last 10 years, graduate for your childs sake and move on with your life as an adult. Also, could you possibly ever earn enough money to get off the minimum wage setting. You haven't supported this boy since he was born, could you possibly try and get in there and do something before he graduates or die so we can get your social security. Yes I hate you and Im tired of paying for this boy on my own. You suck as a parent, Im sure you will suck as a husband and yep you pretty much just suck in general.
