Gotta call from sources in Kingsport this morning letting me know that Orlando is in jail for non-payment of child support and contempt of court for not showing up. I bet Angie is whippin out her savings right now to save her prescious Orlando. Guess my support will stop this week, oh what a web we weave.

Another Government Screw

So I check the website that usually gives me bad news and I see to my amazement that Orlando has paid $365.00, so I call the card number to see if this payment has made it to me and of course it hadn't so I go back to the website to see why that is and I still can't figure out the why's of it all. When this Deadbeat gets his refund of which he hasn't worked hard enough to get, the state takes it but they take it to repay off State Aid. The young, white male that answered the 800 number for the state was snide as hell when he said that that money was owed to them. BULLSHIT, that money should be paid at least in a half and half manner especially when they can't DO THEIR JOB AND COLLECT MY MONEY ON A REGULAR BASIS. I HATE YOU ORLANDO HALL.

So this smug little asshole on the state line says he will note in my case that I want this NCP enforced and I laughed because I said well if they don't know this by now they never will. I asked for my balance with the state and he gave me a number in the $4000 area which I laughed at because it has to be DAMN low in comparison to the majority of baby mamaz that sit on their ass all day and do nothing. Then he had the nerve to tell me that Orlando owes me $18,099. I find that funny that he owes me $14,000 more than I owe them but they get to take an amount of money that I will NEVER see unless its enforced. This county has issues with enforcement they just see chances and BULLSHIT. AND YES whoever reads this I AM ANGRY.

Isn't if funny how one can google another and find out soo much. O has a set of twins in another city and fortunatley for him, she doesn't play the child support game with him as I do, she simply handles all her business herself. She found my blog by googling Orlando which I sooooo wish he would do so he would have a regular update on how little we think of him. Regardless in this occurence she and I have started talking, we lost touch for some time now and our kids keep up with each other on myspace.

She calls me to give me a blogworthy scoop of information so here goes. Apparently Orlando spawned yet another child to add to the five. This will make one a year for 5-6 years. They go 15, 14, 13, new one 12 and 11. This woman has been trying to contact Orlando solely for informational purposes and he still won't contact her. Its a shame, she may really only want the health background or only wanted him to know her child she made it clear to his mother that she wasn't after money and truth be known, it wouldn't have matter he wouldn't have paid it anyway.

Child Support NON-Enforcement

Well the time came and Orlando went to court with his appointed attorney. He brought letters with him from the local job agency supporting his claim to fame of "I am trying to find a job". I feel like the judge is walking around with the old cartoon Sucker stick for a head because she has just been bamboozelled by a habitual liar who now has the luck of having a participant in his crimes of neglegence and her name is wife or whatever idiot is writing him those letters. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if she concocted these letters for him.

I did hear that both Angie and Tre went to court with Orlando. Something the court frowns upon wholeheartedly but it did get the poor pitiful me effect across that he was looking for. The child in question that had no one to care for him is 15 and his mother was sitting directly beside him so he had no business in court but apparently it helped in getting his "Get out of child support free" card so it must have gotten the effect he wanted which is to not pay any of his real children's mothers.

Orlando, you never cease to disgust me. Why don't you just give up your rights to Tony so Terrell, the real man in this situation can take up where you never were. Its just that simple. For the world to hear, you want to know why this man won't give up his rights to my son, well its because they won't erase his back child support. They won't take away the debt he owes his son so he won't give the boy up so that someone who does the real job can take credit for it. I so wish you would give up so you can devote all your time to children who aren't related to you.

Thanks Terrell, you are a great man for continuing your relationship with Tony, maybe one day Orlando will think of himself second for a change and give Tony up so he can carry your last name.

Monopoly - Child Support Edition

In ongoing comments this morning with one of Orlando's childrens' mother, I coined the phrase "Get out of Child Support Free Card" and that is what I feel like when it comes to Orlando and the child support game he plays. In less than a week we will see if that saga continues. Make no mistake good people, I am not the only one suffering behind this. Orlando has a set of twins with another mother, and 2 more children with 2 other mothers as well. Thats 5 all together and I have heard of one more but DNA hasn't proved that one yet. I tell my son when it comes to girls, "Honey, if they favor you in any way, I would suggest that you don't talk to them because you really don't know for sure if you aren't related". Its sad but its true.
